SOFTSWISS is reinforcing its commitment to player protection and regulatory compliance by placing responsible gambling at the core of its strategy, helping operators strengthen safeguards, stay compliant, and adapt to evolving regulations.
SOFTSWISS has reported impressive results from its Responsible Gambling team for 2025, underlining the company’s dedication to building a safer iGaming environment.
In the first half of 2025 alone, the Responsible Gambling team reviewed approximately 16,000 cases, including self-exclusion requests, proactive interventions, and behavioural checks. Alongside these measurable actions, the team continuously supported monitoring and compliance efforts across multiple regulated markets.
Key highlights of the 2025 initiatives include:
- Launch of a Responsible Gambling Video Digest — a monthly animated series providing clear guidance on RG policies and updates for operators and internal teams.
- Introduction of bilingual training modules for First Line Support and CRM teams to boost efficiency and consistency.
- Close collaboration with AML, Legal, and Complaints teams to ensure a unified, player-first approach.
- Participation in external training programmes, with certified learning opportunities for staff across departments.
In collaboration with the Research and Development unit, the team is also enhancing its Risk Scoring Tool, which uses machine learning algorithms to detect risky player behaviour more accurately, helping operators meet regulatory requirements.
Emilia Kurzynska, Team Lead of Responsible Gambling at SOFTSWISS, said:
Our mission is to make player well-being a core element of every process. The growing number of Responsible Gambling cases reflects a rise in awareness, and we’re meeting this demand with advanced tools and timely interventions to support operators effectively.
With responsible gambling deeply embedded in its operational framework, SOFTSWISS continues to empower partners with the resources needed to ensure compliance, protect players, and address regulatory shifts proactively.
